As a Senior Account Manager at Cadent, you own the post-sale lifecycle, serving as the primary contact and partner for our clients. Your goal will be to drive excellent results through expert campaign management, relationship building, and a focus on both retention and incremental growth. Beyond client relations, you act as a cross-functional bridge within Cadent’s internal teams and partner ecosystem, while providing mentorship to junior staff.
