About The Position

Join a dynamic Partner Incentives Controllership Team, where you will support commercial incentives and investments through financial compliance and excellence. You will be pivotal in driving standardization, implementing financial controls, and creating procedural documentation. This role involves reviewing incentive calculations for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or MBA.
  • Over 8-10 years of global accounting experience in large or tech companies.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes, policies, and internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI & Copilot M365.
  • Proficiency with SAP GL systems, processes, and journal entries.
  • Controllership knowledge in financial close, accounts receivable/payable.
  • Excellent communication, thought leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver key outcomes.
  • Technical accounting and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience documenting process flows using Visio and/or MS Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with partner incentives, investments, commissions, or royalties.
  • Prior experience in a controllership role.
  • Ability to review complex contracts and document terms and conditions.
  • Experience in project work across multiple teams and geographic regions.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Close financial books and provide commentary for variance to forecast.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders and review complex contracts.
  • Document and summarize contract terms and conditions.
  • Understand and document financial statement impacts.
  • Translate and review calculations of partner earnings.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across different geographic regions.
