Your Team, Your Impact The Human Resources organization encompasses several key functions that work together to support the full employee lifecycle and drive a positive, high‑performing workplace. As the Sr. Administrative Assistant for Human Resources, this role supports the VP of HR Business Partners, the VP of Total Rewards, and the AVP of Talent Acquisition. Through proactive administrative partnership, this role helps contribute to an exceptional employee experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment.
  • Consistent track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and strong sense of professionalism.
  • Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind.
  • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and upmost secrecy.
  • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, purchasing and finance systems.
  • 8+ years administrative and business support in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g. business administration, human resources, marketing, communications) preferred not required.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy calendar management while scheduling key meetings and events, including room reservations, setup and caterings.
  • Coordinating meetings and calls across all levels of the organization and multiple time zones.
  • Organizing complex domestic and international travel arrangement including passport and visa requirements.
  • Creating and submitting expense reports in a timely matter.
  • Assist with special projects for the executive and/or team. Including research, analyze, compile data, and prepare reports.
  • Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization.
  • Facilitate effective communication across HR functions and with other business units.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
