About The Position

As a Sr Advanced Application Engr here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes. Requirements

• YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to provide advanced application engineering support for projects
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute project plans
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application engineering processes and efficiency
