Sr Advanced Project Management Specialist
About The Position
The Associate will support the Transition Management Office (TMO) for Solstice Advance Materials. Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Track and update progress on transition activities across all five pillars Maintain and manage readiness trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, capture action items, and distribute summaries for weekly TMO meetings Follow up on outstanding tasks with functional leads
- Analysis & Reporting: Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into clear, actionable reports Identify risks and escalate issues promptly
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables Support communication of key milestones and dependencies
- Financial Management Maintain dashboards or spreadsheets for budget tracking and spend analysis Assist in preparing variance reports and financial summaries
