About The Position

Overview Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for a Sr. AI Engineer to support our US Government client. This is going to be a 100% remote position. SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT. Responsibilities Utilize big data computation and storage tools to create prototypes and datasets. Integrate, test, tune, and monitor solutions. Conduct a thorough assessment of the current HRTS applications landscape and document existing gaps and opportunities for AI and Automation. Propose solutions and recommendations for system enhancements, including software updates, integrations, and process improvements. Generate AI Models and Algorithms for HR purposes. Develop project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports. Perform research and testing to develop machine learning algorithms and predictive models. Qualifications A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then 4 additional years of related experience is required. 8+ years of IT-related experience. 4+ years of experience in software development leveraging AI, Analytics Support and Leadership role. Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms/Reports, SAP ERP, WebSphere, Tomcat Java, Python and GitHub. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical team members. Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance. All candidates must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card). Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years. Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last 5 years. Military Service excluded.
