About The Position
As a Sr. Manager - AI Transformation here at Solstice Advanced Materials you will lead the enterprise-wide reimagination and transformation of core business processes for AI enablement. This role sits at the intersection of deep business process expertise, modern AI capabilities, and organizational change leadership—requiring someone who understands how AI/ML Solutions and agentic frameworks, can fundamentally reshape business operations while earning the trust and confidence of business functions. In this role, you will drive the discovery, redesign, and transformation of critical business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing by deploying AI capabilities that deliver exponential improvements in outcomes. Acting as both transformation leader and enabler, you'll partner with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks, reimagine workflows powered by AI agents and intelligent automation, and lead cross-functional teams to transform how work gets done. This isn't about automating existing processes, it's about applying first principles thinking to fundamentally rethink Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Revenue, Procure-to-Pay, Integrated Supply Chain etc. operations with AI at the core.
