Lead: Lead the design and executive of major analytical workstreams, supporting initiatives with project scoping, prioritization, documentation, and continuous improvement of analytical processes. Serve as a technical and analytical leader within the Advanced Analytics team, shaping best practices for modeling, data quality, and insight delivery across brands. Create: Create, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that are used by marketing, merchandising, and brand leadership. Partner: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and IT to translate business questions into technical solutions, ensure data quality and platform reliability, and communicate insights in a clear, compelling way. Develop: Develop and maintain predictive models and segmentation using large consumer, transaction, and engagement datasets, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and business relevance. Design and build advanced analytics solutions to key business problems including customer lifetime value, media and marketing effectiveness, and customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Analytics, Engineering, Math, Economics, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in data, analytics, or marketing analytics roles (retail and/or consumer marketing strongly preferred)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and analytics
  • 2+ years of experience developing dashboards and data models using Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Experience working with modern data platforms and pipelines (Databricks, Azure, cloud data warehouses, or similar)
