This role supports employees and enterprise stakeholders by managing HR data and employee lifecycle programs to ensure data accessibility, integrity, and compliance across Workday HCM and related systems. The Sr Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in HR data administration, providing technical expertise, lifecycle governance, system support, and international data oversight across hire-to-termination processes. This position requires a highly autonomous self-starter who can ramp quickly, operate independently in a dynamic environment, and mentor others on HR data processes and system functionality. The role partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business teams to ensure accurate system configuration, large data loads, organizational changes, M&A integrations, and international workforce data compliance. Success is measured by the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of domestic and international HR data, the effectiveness of M&A data integration efforts, the quality of system support provided, and the ability to drive informed decision-making through strong data governance and stakeholder engagement. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS.
