Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, Transformation is a key member of the Transformation Office, acting as a high-impact individual contributor who drives insight, structure, and analytical rigor across PVH IT transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director, IT Transformation and Vendor Management, this role focuses on turning complex, cross-functional data into clear insights, root-cause analysis, and actionable transformation initiatives across cost management, vendor strategy, operating model, and business capabilities. The Senior Analyst, Transformation plays a critical role in shaping decisions by providing fact-based analysis, scenario modeling, and clear recommendations to senior leaders. Working closely with other members of Transformation and Vendor Management Office, this role provides the analytical backbone that enables disciplined execution and sustained change across the four pillars of global IT Transformation.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional experience
  • Prior experience in:
  • Strategy or transformation consulting, or
  • Internal transformation, strategy, or performance office roles within a large, complex organization
  • Hands-on experience supporting large-scale, multi-year, or multi-workstream transformation programs.
  • Strong track record of producing executive-level analyses and recommendations.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through data and insight.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-structuring skills.
  • Detail-oriented, and intellectually rigorous.
  • Financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
  • Data normalization and analysis across multiple dimensions.
  • Root-cause analysis and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
  • Executive-level presentation and storytelling.
  • Strong Excel and analytical tooling proficiency.
  • Experience working with complex, cross-functional datasets.
  • Strong ownership mindset; accountable for outcomes, not just analysis.
  • Structured thinker who brings clarity to complexity.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and narratives with facts.
  • Strong communicator who can adapt messaging to different audiences.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS): Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or related field

  • Exposure to vendor spend analysis, cost optimization, or commercial modeling strongly preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS): preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep-dive analytical work across multiple IT transformation pillars, including cost management, vendor landscape, operating model.
  • Structure complex, ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks and workplans.
  • Synthesize large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data into coherent insights that support strategic decisions.
  • Identify systemic trends, inefficiencies, and structural gaps impacting cost, delivery, and performance.
  • Perform detailed root-cause analysis to explain why current-state trends exist, including operational, contractual, organizational, and governance drivers.
  • Translate analytical findings into clearly defined transformation initiatives.
  • Develop initiative-level documentation, including scope, objectives, expected benefits, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support prioritization of initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct detailed vendor spend and cost structure analyses across services, applications, and technologies.
  • Normalize vendor data across roles, experience levels, geographies, technologies, and commercial models.
  • Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, rationalization, rate optimization, and scope adjustment.
  • Support preparation of fact-based inputs for vendor negotiations, renewals, and governance discussions.
  • Build robust analytical models, scenarios, and business cases to assess cost, risk, and value trade-offs.
  • Quantify financial and operational impacts of transformation initiatives.
  • Support leadership decision-making with clear option comparisons and recommendations.
  • Support definition of KPIs and success metrics for the global transformation dashboard.
  • Track progress, benefits realization, and performance over time.
  • Maintain structured analytical artifacts that enable transparency and accountability across initiatives
  • Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT leadership.
  • Prepare executive-ready analyses, presentations, and decision materials.
  • Clearly communicate complex analytical findings in a concise and structured manner.
  • Act as a trusted analytical advisor within the Transformation Office.
