The Sr Analyst Marketing Analytics supports a Merchandising SVP area. They will support the category managers along with our merchant teams on overall marketing and campaign performance. The Sr. Analyst, Marketing analytics will support the measurement and optimization of omni-channel digital marketing campaigns by leveraging advanced analytical methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA). In addition to strong technical expertise, the ideal candidate will excel in data storytelling, transforming complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making across marketing and strategy teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and expertise in measuring marketing effectiveness across customer touchpoints. The analyst will collaborate closely with marketing, media, and strategy teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of marketing efforts.
