Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in supply chain or related field
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred fields in BA include Finance, Accounting and Information Technology.
  • Experience with ERP and/or MRP experience (especially SAP).
  • Experience in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
  • Directs and manages all schedules, shop assist, and purchase orders for the client account or the product family.
  • Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and at the right cost.
  • May perform delivery assurance responsibilities.
  • Executes processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement goals, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and / or program execution.
  • Approves and qualifies vendors to fulfill account needs, responds to issues or problems impacting daily tasks, reviews request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages and may perform delivery assurance responsibilities.
  • Analyzes and reviews price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices and analyzes and monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Responsible for all aspects of PO placement and delivery assurance within a commodity and directs and manages all schedules, and purchase orders for the client account or the product family.
  • Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards, and at the right cost.
  • Reviews and maintain KPI's for the team members, develop and follow existing procedures, processes, and work instructions and coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance.
  • Create, conduct, and maintain a program for internal inspection processes, attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required and support project management activities.
  • Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts.
  • Obtain ACE Associate certification
