About The Position

We are seeking an analytical and hands-on Senior Analyst, Revenue Management to evaluate, develop, and optimize the transportation pricing structure for the US Marketplace. This role focuses on balancing transportation attach rate targets with achieving specific margins to drive sustainable growth. You will be vital in identifying growth opportunities to increase transportation usage across business units, customer segments, and geographic territories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in strategic pricing or revenue management, ideally within a marketplace or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical background with proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Looker) to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • High level of ownership, adaptability, and bias for action, and the ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex insights for cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Transportation Pricing Strategy: Build a comprehensive understanding of lane-level profitability to architect dynamic pricing models that align with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Drive Attach Rate & Buyer Behavior: Develop models to understand how price changes impact buyer behavior, analyze drivers of usage by customer segment, and recommend data-driven pricing actions to increase attach rates.
  • Optimize Profitability: Conduct deep-dive analyses on transportation margins, carrier costs, seasonality, and surcharges to identify and execute pricing opportunities that maximize profitability.
  • Market Competitiveness: Conduct ongoing carrier and competitor benchmarking, and proactively monitor seasonal and external factors to ensure market competitiveness and inform pricing decisions.
  • Performance & Risk Management: Proactively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attach rate, margin, and costs per mile to identify revenue leakage, mitigate financial risks, and capture emerging growth opportunities.
  • Analyze Experiments: Design and analyze A/B tests and pilots to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of new pricing structures and models.
