More details on our benefits can be found on our website at https://www.itw.com/careers/benefits-compensation/ The Senior Segment Cyber Analyst is part of ITW’s corporate Cyber Security team and is responsible for analyzing data across multiple businesses to detect gaps, assess risks, and recommend remediation measures to enhance the organization’s security posture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in IT operations, systems administration, network management, or IT security
  • Ability to work at the Glenview corporate campus or onsite at an ITW business unit.
  • Proven record of building collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with global IT teams
  • Ability to correlate data from multiple sources to drive insights and action plans.
  • Hands on experience with enterprise IT management tools (e.g. Active directory, ITSM, ticketing, asset management, monitoring tools, patch management)
  • Good understanding of Information Security Risk Management, Gap Analysis, and Remediation Programs
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, DMZs, IDS/IPS, and security services required.
  • Knowledge of information security principles, including risk assessment, risk registration, vulnerability tiered approach preferred.
  • Knowledge in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, COBIT, ISO 27001 preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to ITW divisional IT staff around ITW Enterprise Security tools by planning and executing activities to ensure that tools are deployed and functioning appropriately
  • Drive execution/review documentation related to annual compliance requirements
  • Support and track Enterprise driven cyber projects
  • Monitor and report on cyber security vulnerabilities and assist divisional IT teams with prioritization and remediation management.
  • Assist divisional IT staff in understanding and responding to IT/Security audits, questionaries, assessments, and third-party requests.
  • Track and follow through on remediation plans and activities.
  • Research new technology & problems and help connect the local IT teams with the appropriate Corporate Resources.
  • Create and maintain security metrics.
