It involves defining holistic solutions of moderate to high complexity across multiple systems and business domains. The role differentiates by leading domain technical roadmaps and collaborating across IT teams for alignment and risk mitigation. Success is measured by the accuracy of solution designs, effective stakeholder communication, and timely project delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a related field. In lieu of degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Related work experience. (Required)
  • Software Development Proficent in modern software development, integration and delivery practices using DevOps and Agile methodologies. (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead domain technical roadmap definition and detailed solution design to ensure alignment with architecture and project goals
  • Collaborate with IT teams to analyze impacts, identify risks, and communicate status to stakeholders and management
  • Translate business requirements into technical user stories, system diagrams, and design documents to support system enhancements
  • Analyze and translate business and technical requirements to develop IT solutions that meet domain needs for moderate complexity projects
  • Mentor peers and manage contractors to support team development and daily activities
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
