The role is responsible for overseeing facilities and security-related systems, ensuring operational excellence and compliance. Key areas of accountability include: Facilities & Security Management Maintain and manage systems related to facilities and security. Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with security protocols. Implement preventive maintenance and risk mitigation strategies. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to identify trends and opportunities - Power BI and Power Automate. Provide actionable insights to leader and stakeholders. Operational Accountability Manage the operational aspects of supported products in alignment with business requirements and defined SLAs. Provide off-hours support as needed to ensure service continuity. Engage with vendors and customers to mitigate and resolve service outages promptly. Part of the onboarding process will be to complete the Genetec certification. This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You’re also accountable for the operational aspects and management for the above products in accordance with the business requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
