About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), this role will serve as a business partner to our Global Corporate Functions. The Senior Analyst, FP&A responsibilities include supporting our Corporate functional area executives with financial insights and reporting, forecasting and budgeting and project support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting/ Finance or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA & SAP BW/BI is required
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and promote a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent oral and written skills; interpersonal skills, fact finder skills, active listening, critical thinking, time management, problem sensitivity and project management skills.
  • Ability to leverage technology to improve, analyze and report results.
  • Ability to present findings and industry insights to senior leaders across the company.
  • Strong conceptual thinking aptitude and ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and challenging environment with strong inherent project execution skills, including prioritizing tasks, balancing workload between multiple projects, anticipating next steps, adapting to changing situations and project scope.
  • Excellent relationship skills and client-focused mindset.
  • Use written and oral communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be coupled with public speaking, quick decision making.
  • Organizational skills will enable planning, prioritization & achievement of goals especially of importance for the successful execution of related activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Knowledge of HFM (Hyperion) & SAP BPC preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides support for Corporate functions inclusive of insights, analytics and project support as needed
  • Participates in monthly meetings with Corporate function leads to take them through results and discuss any other areas of concern where support is needed
  • Participates in our monthly expense management executive summaries to help our Eexcutive Leadership Team understand functional results and corresponding risk and opportunities for the company
  • Perform functional area planning and reporting related to Corporate functions.
  • Participates in the functional area budget process delivering analysis and explaining results to management
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data in our financial systems
  • Ad hoc analysis as needed
