About The Position

Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Associate, Store Design who will support the store development process for new and remodel store growth. This role contributes to Total Wine & More’s success by coordinating assigned projects, monitoring progress, and helping resolve routine production and operational issues. This position manages moderately complex projects with defined objectives while working independently on most assignments and collaborating cross-functionally as needed. The role also supports special initiatives such as visual component rollouts and design projects, while partnering with Store and District Managers to enhance store functionality in visual and graphic areas. In this position you will report to the Sr. Director of Store Design & Planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in retail design, visual merchandising, project coordination, retail operations, or related field.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to develop, assess, resolve, and implement solutions within defined processes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or related architectural/space planning tools is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and coordinate visual and store design projects by monitoring milestones, deliverables, and timelines to support on-schedule execution.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Store Design, Construction, Facilities, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and field leadership to support project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools, workflows, and databases—including visual equipment tracking, purchase orders, and service channel work orders—to improve visibility and organization.
  • Implement and manage project support activities including purchase orders, vendor quotes, materials ordering, invoice reconciliation, and delivery tracking for assigned projects.
  • Assess and resolve routine production, vendor, and delivery issues while responding to store and internal inquiries regarding project status, costs, and timelines.
