About The Position

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale, CA. Our LTS (LinkedIn Talent Solutions) Monetization Strategic Finance team is seeking a Sr. Associate to partner with LinkedIn’s LTS leaders in shaping GTM finance strategy, monitoring key business metrics, identifying trends, and assessing the financial impact of strategic initiatives. This role will support the LTS Growth and Performance Strategic Finance team - helping to craft long and short term GTM strategy through data driven insights, managing performance to understand & optimize field growth, and helping sales and cross functional teams (PMM, Pricing, GTM Ops) prioritize based on impact sizing. A strong candidate is equally comfortable and skilled at crafting a thoughtful plan, and rolling up their sleeves to get it done. We are looking for someone who excels at driving execution across multiple senior stakeholders, demonstrates strong ownership to dig deep into highly technical and complex areas to drive impact, and is highly analytical with strong business acumen. Key partners this role will collaborate with include Sales, Pricing, PMM, GTM Ops and Strategic Finance partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & ops or related field OR equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
