Position Specific Description NextEra Energy's Aviation Department seeks a highly skilled Sr. Aviation Maintenance Technician to provide comprehensive maintenance support for our corporate aircraft fleet. This role requires an FAA A&P License, 5+ years aviation maintenance experience (corporate/business aircraft preferred), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment while handling confidential information. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, conducting inspections and troubleshooting, applying MEL requirements, collaborating with pilots and maintenance teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 5+ years
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
- FAA Airframe & Power Plant Certificate

Responsibilities
- Plans and performs maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate type aircraft
- Tracks and documents maintenance in accordance with manufacturer and Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)
- Maintains spare parts inventories to appropriate levels
- Procures aircraft parts for present and future use
- Performs flight line duties including towing aircraft, marshaling aircraft for departure/arrival and maintaining ground support equipment
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
