Job Summary This position is responsible for managing the intake of new project ideas for the Medicare line of business to the formation of business cases and supporting cost estimations. The ideal candidate will use thought leadership and consulting skills to partner with the Medicare team, and our Business, IT and Enterprise Architecture Services partners to understand the business strategy and supporting IT solution to meet the business needs and requirements. NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Master's degree and 2 years of Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 8 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience.
• 1 year experience leading project.
• Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
• Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
• Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
• Business acumen.
• Project management skills.
• Requirements definition and management.
• SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.
• Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
• Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
• Written and verbal communications

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
• Business process management and modeling.
• BA Certification
• Experience working in healthcare industry
• Knowledge of the Medicare line of business
