About The Position
As a Sr Benefits Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing our employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our overall business objectives. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent by providing comprehensive and attractive benefits packages. You will report directly to our VP, Global Benefits and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ (Sky Harbor) In this role, you will impact the overall employee experience by ensuring that our benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Honeywell's strategic goals. Your expertise will help attract and retain top talent while fostering a culture of well-being and engagement.
