Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role
- Proven experience in building interactive dashboards in Tableau
- Experience with external market data such as Definitive Healthcare or IQVIA
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare services, or life sciences
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that track KPIs and produce actionable insights
- Establish and maintain KPI definitions, dashboard governance, and data quality checks; drive continuous improvement of data processes
- Cross functional alignment with Information Technology & Commercial functions to ensure alignment on business reporting
- Partner with CRM team to maintain and continuously improve business processes
- Translate business questions into analytics requirements and implement scalable solutions
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Provide training and documentation for dashboards and analytic tools
- Support leadership with regular business reviews and data storytelling
