In this role, you will lead efforts to drive sales for key brands through various showroom channels while executing a comprehensive sales strategy. You'll collaborate with local sales teams and key distribution partners to foster business growth and expand market presence. Accountabilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for assigned markets. Collaborate with Branch Sales Managers to facilitate growth of store and showroom locations. Streamline inventory strategies with distribution partners to align with market demands. Execute showroom expansion strategy in collaboration with operations and marketing teams. Coach and develop high-performing sales associates to enhance local execution strategies. Provide training for partners and customers, positioning products competitively. Analyze regional market trends to establish targeted sales processes. Recommend pricing and inventory strategies to achieve business growth. Communicate critical business priorities across departments for product mix strategy. Prepare annual Market Development Plans in collaboration with sales managers. Maintain regional sales forecast reports and implement action plans. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required. Minimum of 5+ years in sales or plumbing industry experience required. Strong written and oral communication skills across all management levels. Established leadership skills with a proven track record in sales management. Ability to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time).
