As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and the technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and deliver measurable business value. You will engage with internal and external clients, as needed, to understand their challenges, translate them into actionable requirements, and collaborate with the delivery teams to bring innovative, data-driven solutions to life. Create user stories based on business requirements that are clear, concise, measurable, and testable in ADO Facilitate story grooming sessions with the development team(s) to refine existing stories, remove duplicates, add additional details, or clarify requirements Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Conduct business process analysis, identify gaps, and propose improvements to optimize workflows and customer experience. Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to validate technical feasibility and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, coordinating execution, and documenting results. Manage capacity and release prioritization in partnership with engineering teams. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offers, and emerging technologies to guide solution recommendations. Position Details: • This position is in Eagan, MN on a hybrid schedule
