The Opportunity As a Sr. Business Project Manager in the Product Development group, you will work with a variety of business areas to provide oversight of a various sized initiatives from project initiation through implementation. Your primary focus will be to develop plans, manage schedules and dependencies between functional departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Information technology, Product Development, or a related discipline.
• Scope of Job: Manages multiple small - large projects or portions of complex projects.
• Performs work under general to no supervision

• Industry knowledge of insurance and in Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer expectations and ensure they are fully vetted.
• Responsible for identifying appropriate resources needed.
• Quickly troubleshoot complex issues and mitigate project risks.
• Ensures continuous improvements are defined and incorporated into all activities.
• Communicates project status weekly or as appropriate.
• Provides support in maintaining and developing management reporting and metrics.
