As part of CEVA’s Contract Logistics transformation strategy, the CL NEXTGEN program is executing a multi-year deployment of the Manhattan Associates IT stack—including Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS)—across 50+ CEVA-operated warehouse sites in the United States over the next 3 to 7 years. This enterprise program represents one of the most significant technology and process transformations in CEVA’s North American Contract Logistics network. To ensure adoption, readiness, and sustained operational success, CEVA is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change management oversight and execution across the CL NEXTGEN deployment program. Pay Range: $154,681.00   YOUR ROLE As the Senior Change Manager – CL NEXTGEN Manhattan Active WMS/OMS Deployment, you will be responsible for leading and governing the change management strategy supporting CEVA’s multi-site deployment of Manhattan Active WMS and OMS across North America. This role will ensure operational teams are prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working by driving structured management practices across stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness planning, and post-go-live adoption support. You will partner closely with Program Leadership, Site Operations, Super Users, Training Teams, Process Engineers, and IT delivery teams to ensure change impacts are understood, communicated, and successfully embedded into warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience leading change management efforts in large-scale operational or IT transformation programs.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise technology deployments involving warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics process transformation.
  • Experience supporting multi-site deployments and leading change management across geographically distributed operations required.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, or similar frameworks).
  • Ability to translate technical deployment activity into operational impacts and clear messaging for warehouse teams.
  • Experience developing communication strategies, training coordination plans, and readiness frameworks for frontline operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, operations teams, IT teams, and customer stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployment waves simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common deployment strategy.
  • Comfortable navigating resistance, ambiguity, and fast-changing deployment environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to anticipate adoption risks and proactively drive mitigation.
  • Ability to operate effectively during go-live periods requiring rapid communication, decision-making, and on-site engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting WMS and/or OMS deployments in a distribution, retail, e-commerce, or 3PL environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong preference for experience with Manhattan Associates solutions, particularly Manhattan Active WMS and OMS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the enterprise change management strategy for the CL NEXTGEN Manhattan Active WMS/OMS deployment across North America.
  • Establish standardized change management tools, templates, and deployment playbooks to support consistent execution across 50+ sites.
  • Define change governance routines, adoption KPIs, readiness metrics, and escalation protocols aligned with program leadership expectations.
  • Ensure change management activities are fully integrated into site deployment project plans and program delivery milestones.
  • Partner with warehouse operations leadership to identify change impacts, adoption risks, and site readiness requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with site General Managers, Operations VPs, and regional leadership to ensure sponsorship and engagement throughout each deployment wave.
  • Align key stakeholders across IT, Operations, Training, and Business Process Engineering to ensure consistent messaging and adoption support.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for organizational resistance, readiness concerns, and adoption barriers.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for each deployment wave, ensuring consistent and timely messaging to impacted operational teams.
  • Create communications that translate technical implementation activity into clear operational impacts and expectations.
  • Ensure deployment progress, key milestones, and upcoming changes are communicated effectively across site leadership, supervisors, and frontline teams.
  • Support program leadership in preparing executive-level updates and communications as needed.
  • Partner with Training teams, Super Users, and Process Engineers to ensure training materials are aligned to the Manhattan Active system configuration and site-level SOPs.
  • Coordinate training readiness activities including training schedules, user role mapping, and required completion tracking.
  • Ensure site teams have the tools and support required to execute UAT participation and transition into go-live operations.
  • Drive adoption strategies that support long-term sustainability beyond initial system go-live.
  • Lead readiness assessments for each site deployment, ensuring key change deliverables are completed prior to cutover and go-live.
  • Establish and manage go-live readiness checklists, stakeholder sign-offs, and adoption tracking mechanisms.
  • Support site cutover activities by ensuring organizational preparedness and communications are aligned to execution timelines.
  • Actively support go-live execution and stabilization periods to ensure rapid adoption and issue resolution support.
  • Monitor adoption performance and operational stabilization following go-live, identifying gaps and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Capture lessons learned across deployments and continuously improve change management playbooks, training models, and communication tools.
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure new processes and system usage become embedded as standard work.
  • Support program-level improvements by identifying systemic adoption risks and driving scalable mitigation strategies.
