About The Position

An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr. Manager within the Gasoline Technology Services (TS) Group of the Technical Services Department located in Des Plaines, IL. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the Gasoline TS group by administratively managing technical specialists, monitoring global group activities, scheduling customer accountabilities and projects, and coordinating internal support of the UPT, LST and STS Business Groups. The selected candidate will have accountability for performance and salary planning for their direct reports from the TS team, coordinate work process development for efficient use of resources and work with other TS managers towards standardization of group outputs.  The selected candidate will also monitor compliance to the established work processes and will maintain group metrics to record group progress towards performance targets.  The Sr. Manager of the Gasoline TS group will also determine TS’s final position on any technical matter for Gasoline technologies and will be an active member of the UOP Product Line Operating Teams (PLOT).  At Honeywell, our people leaders play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.
