HighLevel isn't your typical SaaS company â and this isn't your typical commercial counsel role. We do things differently here, from how we build our product to how we structure and negotiate transactions, and we need a commercial lawyer who thrives in that kind of environment. We're looking for someone who loves a challenge, brings creative energy to problem-solving, and knows how to enable fast, impactful results without cutting corners on quality. As Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be the legal team's primary owner of HighLevel's commercial contract portfolio. You'll independently manage the full lifecycle of a wide range of agreements â from drafting and negotiation through execution â bringing the judgment and business acumen needed to make risk-calibrated decisions without requiring review on every deal. You'll oversee at least one contract manager, with the opportunity to grow that team as the company scales. You'll also manage and optimize HighLevel's Ironclad CLM workflows and serve as a key legal partner to stakeholders across the business, including procurement, finance, cybersecurity, product, and engineering. Occasional support for light M&A-type transactions rounds out the role. The right candidate is a confident, resourceful attorney who sees every contract as part of a bigger picture â and who gets energized, not overwhelmed, by a high-volume, high-variety workload in a fast-moving company.
