About The Position

This role is responsible for defining and executing a high-impact content strategy that strengthens brand presence, drives engagement, and communicates complex technical concepts with clarity. You will own the company’s content across social media, executive channels, and thought leadership platforms, translating technical insights into compelling stories for both business and technical audiences. Collaborating closely with marketing, communications, and product teams, you will shape the brand voice, oversee content execution, and measure performance to continually optimize reach and engagement. The position requires a creative strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances analytical thinking with storytelling, and can influence both internal stakeholders and external audiences. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to elevate the company’s narrative and make a measurable impact across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, or corporate communications, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience managing content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring content performance and iterating strategies based on metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and communications.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for staying on top of industry trends and emerging content formats.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across social media, thought leadership, and executive channels.
  • Create, edit, and manage content that translates technical topics such as SASE, AI-driven security, and network infrastructure into engaging narratives.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms, including company and executive communications.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for authentic engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to amplify campaigns, events, and announcements.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, reporting insights and iterating content based on data.
  • Experiment with new formats, storytelling approaches, and distribution strategies to increase reach and audience engagement.
