Sr Contract Analyst is responsible for creating and reviewing contract proposals for IDN and GPO representing major and larger hospital networks, ensuring compliance within company terms and conditions and pricing guidelines for customer instrument, consumables and service contracts. This role interacts with Leadership team, Field Sales, HSE (Healthcare Sales Executives) and peers on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across and outside the organization. This position reports to the Pricing Manager and is part of the Bids and Quotes Team and is part of the Finance Department located onsite in Brea, CA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Establish special pricing agreements per GPO and IDN contracts as instructed by Pricing Manager. Oversee master GPO/IDN price files in Axapta/CPQ and update approved price files as necessary in coordination with assigned HSE. Advise sales on objection handling techniques, alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closures. Advocate & partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues Build strong partnerships with cross functional peers and superiors to ensure overall streamlined process and champion contract policy and procedure revisions.
