About The Position

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Sr Coordinator, Office Administration to provide administrative support to branch management, sales, and operations staff. On a typical day you will: Answer incoming calls to the office, sort and distribute incoming mail, and perform day-to-day office needs Maintain office supplies including supplies for kitchen, bathroom, and office to keep proper inventory Liaise with various internal departments for payroll, billing, and accounts payable matters Manage vendor inquiries on past due invoices, resolve accounts payable issues, and assist the billing department Complete compliance paperwork for State of California elevator testing, coordinate safety documentation, and create supplier purchase orders If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Precise attention to detail is required
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, remain poised during difficult situations, and work well under pressure with frequent interruptions
  • 1-5 years of experience as an administrative professional desired

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls to the office, sort and distribute incoming mail, and perform day-to-day office needs
