About The Position

Liquidity Services Software Solutions offers an online, private label auction
platform, supporting traditional auction house clients, retail liquidators, and
resellers through a SASS (software as a service) delivery model leveraging the
Auction.IO platform. This is a small, entrepreneurial team in a high-growth
potential business. The client Account & Renewals manager will handle ‘cradle to
grave’ support for clients; supporting the initial sales process and leading the
client retention efforts.

In this role, you will build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients,
conduct virtual and in-person meetings to review performance and demonstrate new
capabilities, and identify opportunities for renewal, expansion, and upsell. You
will manage a portfolio of accounts, execute strategies to drive client
satisfaction and revenue growth, and collaborate closely with Operations,
Technology, and Senior Management to ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will be the escalation point of contact for established clients. The role
ensures client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion during a period of
significant product evolution.

The goal of this role is to strengthen relationships and expand engagement with
existing clients on the Auction.IO platform and assist with the migration of
Simple Auction Site clients to the Auction.IO.
