About The Position

Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – GRIDS IV Program Location: Ft. Belvoir, VA Clearance Required: Active Top Secret/SCI Leidos is seeking a highly experienced Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to lead all critical Information Assurance (IA) activities for the GRIDS IV program at Ft. Belvoir, VA. This role serves as the primary cybersecurity authority for the contractor team, ensuring full compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and supporting government accreditation and defensive cybersecurity requirements. This analyst oversees more than 10 accreditation packages, provides expert guidance to program leadership, and ensures all cybersecurity efforts align with Section 5.2.3 IA requirements. The position is central to enabling secure system development, deployment, and sustainment across the GRIDS IV enterprise.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience OR 8+ years of work experience in lieu of a Master’s OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of experience in lieu of a Master’s
  • Eight (8) years of cybersecurity experience supporting DoD acquisition programs or projects
  • Three (3) years of experience applying the Risk Management Framework (ICD 503) for accreditation of DoD or IC IT systems
  • Current Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to provide senior technical leadership, strategic cybersecurity guidance, and authoritative risk assessments
  • Proven experience managing complex accreditation packages and leading IA activities for large‑scale DoD systems

Responsibilities

  • Perform as the Senior Cybersecurity Analyst for the GRIDS IV contract, leading all IA and cybersecurity activities.
  • Manage accreditation, cybersecurity analysis, and assessment tasks in accordance with DoD and IC cybersecurity regulations and guidance.
  • Provide expert‑level risk analysis on current and future system configurations, architectures, and operational environments.
  • Deliver recommendations to enhance cybersecurity posture, optimize defensive measures, and reduce system vulnerabilities.
  • Advise senior leadership on cybersecurity risks, tradeoffs, and strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain deep familiarity with associated technologies, system baselines, and technical programs to ensure accurate and timely cybersecurity support.
  • Support government stakeholders in achieving and maintaining system accreditation under RMF/ICD‑503.
