We are seeking a Sr. Data Analyst, Visualization & Innovation to play a critical role in advancing Johns Hopkins University’s HR data capabilities through modern analytics, visualization, and insight delivery. Our HR organization is entering a new era of data-driven decision making. As we modernize systems and integrate information across platforms, we are creating a role that will lay the foundation for clear, consistent, and actionable HR data. This position is for someone who can hit the ground running, build compelling dashboards, and be genuinely curious about emerging HR technology.
