Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of seven years experience in business intelligence (BI) and ETL processes.
Strong expertise in SQL and experience with EPIC and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience with data profiling and data quality issues.
Familiarity with metadata management and master data management techniques.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end ETL architecture for data migration and warehousing solutions using Microsoft SSIS.
Implement error handling and audit mechanisms for ETL jobs.
Mentor and train team members on best practices in ETL processes.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure adherence to data governance standards.
Document specifications for BI reports, dashboards, and other outputs.
Troubleshoot database and application issues efficiently.
Participate in strategic discussions to evaluate new tools and technologies.
