As a Sr Digital Analytic Consultant, you’ll lead the strategy and evolution of Southwest’s Adobe Analytics ecosystem, ensuring our digital measurement capabilities remain best‑in‑class. You’ll guide the technical direction and feature roadmap for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, ObservePoint, and related marketing technologies—optimizing data collection, strengthening integrations, and maintaining data integrity across platforms. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Technology, and Analytics Teams, you’ll translate complex business questions into actionable solution designs, evaluate feasibility, and drive implementation that empowers accurate, meaningful insights. You’ll stay ahead of emerging trends, maintain solution design documentation, and mentor Analysts and Consultants to elevate skills and consistency across the organization. Through strong technical leadership and strategic vision, you’ll help Southwest unlock deeper digital intelligence and drive better decision‑making across the business. Additional details This role allows for voluntary remote work for the majority of your working time within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with occasional on-site presence at our Corporate Campus for training, meetings, and business needs.
