In this role, you will drive the Marketing Analytics strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow. You will provide thought leadership in Customer and Partner Analytics, designing, building, and supporting Marketing Analytics by assimilating signals from multiple sources and presenting the information in a user-friendly way to stakeholders including Revenue, Marketing, GTM, Customer and Partner organizations, cross-functional users, and the leadership team. You will partner with the Customer organization, engineering team, and data instrumentation team to envision the best Marketing analytics capabilities and interfaces. Additionally, you will manage and improve the user experience of how stakeholders consume marketing information, develop unique insights about Customer and Partner through qualitative and quantitative research, and bring the promise of data science and machine learning to reality within Marketing Analytics. You will own the telemetry of Customer data, define and implement policies for data governance, and build a best-in-class team for data analytics, mining, and visualization. Your role will also involve partnering with peer leaders in the Analytics organization to develop cohesive Analytics Customer and drive a cultural change leveraging analytics and data science.
