About The Position

The Sr. Director, Data, Analytics, & AI leads Ardent Mills' enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities, driving data-driven decision making and innovation across the organization. Reporting to the CIO, this position serves as a key member of the IT Leadership Team responsible for the entire data value chain from data engineering through analytics and AI.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or related technology leadership
5+ years leading data/analytics teams and organizations
Track record delivering business value through analytics and AI
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy aligned with business objectives
Develop and maintain multi-year roadmap for data capabilities, analytics solutions, and AI/ML adoption
Lead enterprise-wide data maturityand foster a data-driven culture
Lead enterprise analytics and BI capabilities including dashboards, reporting, and self-service tools
Develop analytics solutions supporting operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions
Lead AI/ML strategy and enterprise capability development
Identify, evaluate,and prioritize AI/ML use cases with clear business value
Build,lead and develop a high-performing data, analytics, and AI team
Manage department budgets and vendor relationships
