We are seeking a visionary and proven Data and Analytics engineering leader to define the long-term architecture and drive the development of our Data Platform. This role will report to the VP of Engineering. The mission: to architect, scale, and lead a mission-critical, always-on system for enterprise data, driving innovation across our products and services while processing millions of utility bills monthly. You will bring your experience of designing elegant, scalable architecture and building, scaling, and running a Data and Analytics engineering team at a SaaS company, with deep expertise in handling large-scale data operations and a proven track record of what works at scale. The role includes crafting the scalable approaches to sharing data and analytics across the company and systems and driving the technical decisioning and execution of the data platform roadmap. The leader will promote evidence-based decision-making at Arcadia through ongoing collaborator engagement and will build analytic structures to support this outcome.
