We're hiring a Sr. Director HR Program Management to partner with the Group VP of HR, supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Canada, and Oracle Latin America. You'll help lead a diverse global HR team—130+ members in 24+ countries, supporting 40,000+ employees. In your capacity, you serve as a trusted strategic advisor and global leader. You'll drive key initiatives, ensure execution of top business priorities and operational excellence across the HR Organization. You'll act as a liaison among HR Leadership, business partners and other key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and enabling the Group Vice President of HR to focus on transformative leadership and key business objectives. . Career Level - M5 Strategic Support & Execution Serve as a strategic advisor to the GVP HR and the HR leadership team on operational, programmatic, and organizational matters. Lead, coordinate, and execute strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the GVP HR. Track and drive progress on key deliverables, ensuring alignment with HR's broader organizational goals and timelines. Operational Excellence Oversee the daily operations of the HR office to ensure the GVP HR's priorities are advanced efficiently. Design and implement processes and frameworks to drive communication, decision-making, and accountability across HR. Prepare and review presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership and HR stakeholders. Leadership and Relationship Management Act as an extension of the GVP HR, representing them in meetings, responding on their behalf, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues. Facilitate alignment and collaboration among HR leaders and with cross-functional partners. Build positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Change Management & Communications Support the GVP HR in managing organizational change, including developing materials and executing communications plans. Coordinate and communicate key messages, strategies, and priorities to the HR team and the broader organization. Meeting and Workflow Management Manage the GVP HR's meeting agendas, ensuring meetings are purposeful and outcomes-focused. Facilitate leadership team meetings, off-sites, and special events, including agenda development, briefing materials, and action item follow-up. Special Projects Lead or participate in high-priority projects and confidential initiatives as assigned by the GVP HR. Help identify gaps or opportunities for HR and enterprise-wide improvement. Preferred Qualifications: BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience 10+ years experience leading HR Operations for a Large Global employer. Executive level communication and presentation skills. Project Management experience required, PMP Certification preferred. Expert MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
