The Senior Director, Human Resources is a high-profile senior leadership role supporting a global matrix environment and providing human resources services, problem solving and business partnerships to Executives and other Senior Leaders that enable business results. This role will specialize in managing a diverse and complex workforce with an emphasis on Aviation in union and non-union environments, with multi-state and multi country locations. The HR Leader will act as the main point of contact for senior business leaders in all operational HR matters and provide expertise and consultation on organizational design, acquisitions, integrations, incentive programs, communication, cultural transformation, performance management, training and development, EEO/AAP compliance, along with employee relations, new hire onboarding, terminations, and layoffs. The incumbent will also focus on leadership development through informal mentoring, identifying development areas, coaching, and influencing leadership within departments. This role will support all centralized human resource new and improved initiatives and processes with the aim of harmonizing across business and support teams.
