We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Director of Marketing & Analytics. Directly reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and closely partnering with the VP of Customer Acquisitions, this pivotal role will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency and impact of a multi-million-dollar marketing budget by leveraging data-driven insights across digital, direct mail, and off-line channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing & customer analytics and has also managed performance marketing programs in direct-to-consumer financial services. A demonstrated track recorded of driving innovation, fostering a high-performing team, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to drive complex initiatives is important.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, ideally within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or FinTech environment.
  • Analytical Rigor: Deep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, data interpretation, and statistical analysis. Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record managing significant budgets across both digital advertising and offline channels with deep expertise in Pre-Screen Direct Mail, and Lead Auction based channels.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop large, cross-functional teams, with strong change management abilities to drive a data-centric culture.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business strategies and influence executive-level decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sitting for long periods of time; standing occasionally; walking; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation; typing; data entry; grasping; transferring items between hands and/or to another person or receptacle; use of office equipment to include computers; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements of the position at any assigned location.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of robust, data-driven attribution Models to accurately measure the performance and ROI of all marketing channels (Direct Mail, Digital, etc.).
  • Drive efficient allocation of multi-million-dollar marketing budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI balancing the unit economics and financial guardrails
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing forecasting models, leveraging predictive analytics to provide accurate projections for customer acquisition, revenue, and budget utilization.
  • Spearhead the strategy and execution for identifying, testing, and scaling new acquisition channels and platforms, fostering a culture of rigorous experimentation.
  • Develop clear testing methodologies, criteria for success, and rollout plans for successful pilots using A/B testing frameworks specifically in Pre-Screen and online lead auctions.
  • Maintain a pulse on emerging industry trends, technologies, and consumer behavior to ensure the company remains at the forefront of acquisition strategies in the fintech space.
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to the Data Science, Product, Finance, and Enterprise Data Teams to drive growth Marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to refine predictive models, enhance targeting capabilities, and improve customer experience through shared data strategies.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment between marketing campaigns and field execution
  • Mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing team of marketing, analytics, and data professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and development initiatives to build a best-in-class marketing function, focusing on both technical and human capabilities.
