About the position

The Senior Director of Marketing Analytics & Insights leads and refines our marketing reporting and analytics function in a complex B2B SaaS environment. This role is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams, ensuring strategies effectively contribute to pipeline growth. This position will oversee lead routing and follow-up reporting to ensure accurate tracking of marketing's impact on the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and enhance marketing campaign effectiveness by providing actionable insights to the Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams, helping refine and elevate strategies.
  • Design and manage multi-touch attribution models to measure marketing's impact on pipeline and bookings accurately.
  • Improve marketing attribution and reporting by analyzing how buyer interactions across products and touchpoints influence outcomes.
  • Develop and optimize lead routing and follow-up reporting to address lead assignment challenges and improve visibility into the marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Oversee and leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) to enhance lead tracking and follow-up efficiency.
  • Optimize marketing analytics tools for scalable, real-time insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Use advanced forecasting and predictive analytics to anticipate trends, improve budget allocation, and drive smarter decisions.
  • Streamline and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and ensure access to accurate, actionable data.
  • Provide strategic insights to marketing leadership, identifying successful strategies, opportunities to scale, and areas for improvement.
  • Align marketing reporting with Sales and Sales Operations to maintain consistency in measuring pipeline influence and performance.
  • Uphold data integrity and governance by ensuring accuracy across all marketing systems.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing operations and analytics team focused on building scalable reporting systems and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and operations, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS marketing and sales analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex attribution environments, particularly where multiple products are marketed to the same buyer base, often through cross-sell-driven sales strategies.

  • Familiarity with the multifamily industry is a bonus but not a requirement.
