URM Stores, Inc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sr. Director Product & Applications to own the strategy, delivery, and operational performance of all business applications supporting Store, Warehouse, and Enterprise platforms across the URM organization. Our Sr. Director Product & Applications will lead product and engineering teams responsible for implementation, support, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of mission-critical retail and supply chain systems. This role ensures technology enables operational excellence across distribution, store operations, and enterprise business functions. This role will be responsible for building strong performing teams, transitioning from a full-time, in-house team to a hybrid blend of full-time, on-premises staff and offshore 3rd party service providers. This role will help oversee and deliver on a transformation across the entire application and team skill landscape, working closely with leaders across the IT and business.
