About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Director, Product Growth & Marketing Analytics in the United States. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the analytics strategy that drives product, growth, and marketing decisions across the organization. The Sr. Director will lead a multi-team analytics organization, establishing KPI frameworks, experimentation standards, and actionable insights that directly influence business strategy. You will partner with executive leadership to improve decision quality, scale analytics capabilities, and embed data-driven thinking throughout the company. This role requires balancing speed with rigor, building high-performing teams, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to maximize impact. You will influence product development, investment prioritization, and member outcomes, ensuring the organization delivers measurable growth and financial inclusion. The position operates in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with broad scope and visibility across the business.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in analytics, data science, or quantitative strategy roles.
  • 5+ years leading and scaling multi-team analytics organizations.
  • Proven experience defining KPI frameworks, experimentation standards, and governance at enterprise scale.
  • Track record of influencing VP- and C-level leaders on roadmap, investment, or P&L decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth, product, and marketing measurement in data-rich environments.
  • Experience partnering with Data Engineering on scalable, trustworthy infrastructure.
  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute multi-quarter strategy for Product, Growth, and Marketing Analytics.
  • Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing analytics organization, establishing clear growth paths for managers and analysts.
  • Develop and govern KPI frameworks connecting product usage, growth efficiency, revenue, and member outcomes.
  • Lead analytics integration with Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish experimentation governance, prioritization, and decision frameworks balancing speed and analytical rigor.
  • Elevate executive communication by translating complex insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering to leverage analytics infrastructure for maximum speed, quality, and impact.
