Experience with change management and change consulting, crucial for driving innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Understanding of IT industry trends and dynamics, ensuring continuous learning and staying ahead of market shifts.
Extensive experience leading transformation initiatives and managing multi- million dollar programs.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Technical proficiency in program management tools and software.
Results-driven, adaptable, and skilled at managing competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business , Management, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of progressive program/project management experience, including leadership of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.

Nice To Haves

Master’s preferred.
PMP, PMI, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities
