About The Position

Icertis is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Recognition to lead and scale our global revenue organization. This is a critical finance leadership role with end-to-end ownership of Revenue Accounting Operations, Technical Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), and Order Management, while driving automation and transformation across the entire Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. This leader will combine deep technical accounting expertise with strong operational discipline, systems fluency, and an AI-forward mindset. The role requires close partnership with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Product, FP&A, and Business Systems to enable deal velocity, ensure accounting integrity, and support a rapidly scaling public SaaS business.
