Chime is building one of the most culturally relevant financial brands in the country. This role will define how we show up across sports, music, and entertainment — not as a sponsor, but as a meaningful brand presence that drives measurable business growth. As Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships & Branded Entertainment, you will build and lead Chime’s partnerships function. You will own strategy, brand and talent deals, activation plans, and performance accountability. This role reports to the VP of Brand & Creative and works closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure partnerships translate into brand equity, customer acquisition, and long-term value. This is a hands-on builder role. You will personally source, structure, and close high-impact deals while establishing the operating model for a high-performing team. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $239,000 and up to $330,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
