The team supports an application suite that provides several foundational digital capabilities that are shared across all digital channels (web, mobile, chat, voice) and involves several mission critical applications including Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Customer Account Management (CAM), Preference Center, and Customer Online Account Support Tool (COAST). EPM Applications are supported by three agile development lines that are focused on modernizing the existing capabilities as well as building new, innovative solutions using the latest technologies. This is a Sr Engineer, Software Engineer role that will help in developing and deploying Digital Products.
